Recently I was in Yaslow and treated myself to some delicious ice cream, of which I am fond but have gone some years now without eating. Within an hour or so of eating a big portion of minty mint chocolate, my knees suddenly cried out in great pain and I could hardly walk. Little did I know the cause so I spoke with a Physician, an M.D. about this as it was really quite painful to walk especially up hill. He said it was arthritis and I should take his drugs and sit more. Well I don’t talk drugs of any kind, not even this forced upon us. Another year with the frees without ice cream and back in the city once more and again I ate too much and again my knees went out.
Later I learned that the ice cream is made and sold by the same people that sell the pills the MD wanted my to buy.
Your body knows what it needs and tells you. Listen. Feel what you think of as intuition, is one of your connections to know what you need to eat and do for optimal health. Use of pendulum to access intuition may be helpful. Muscle testing is also an excellent method of accessing your inner voice.
I eat only because i am hungry. I prefer meals which are quick and easy to prepare and also provide optimal health benefits. After years of different diets and life styles I have arrived at a personal meal plan which to many may seem boring, but, I feel good !
What I eat may not be what you should eat. There are so many books that claim to tell you and some of these books are vey good, especially when you fit their target audience profile. True that I have not read more that half a dozen diet books in the last two dozen years. Please point me to those who teach to listen to the calling of the vegetables on the venders pallet speaking to your inner voice, your intuition. Take out your pendulum if you like, and pass it over the veggies and fruits to see which ones resonate with your bodies needs. After awhile just with your hand or just with your heart antennae get the message “eat me” or “no”. No more diet books needed.
that being said, there are some basic rules that any good diet should maintain. Failure to follow these few simple easy to understand rules, will lead to failure pain distress and worse.
By definition space is empty. Defined as that which is nothing, has no properties, holds no things, is not a thing, does not exist except as a reflection or a shadow exists. Occupied space now has properties and can no longer be called space. However we do use the term to refer to all areas off planet. And here too we must be clear, space is not space and therefor can be anything but empty. The term space to refer to outer space is an unfortunate word choice.
Standard model physics states that space (outer space) is empty and free of restraints. They believe that bullets, they call photons, are shot by the sun in all directions and those that strike earth give us light, heat, and food. The claim is these photons are special and need no medium to travel thru but can travel at a precise speed thru empty space. Even with this wrong thinking it can be pointed out that since the sun is always sending out photons that the whole area surrounding the sun will be jam packed full of photons – so now maybe the photons themselves become the medium of transmission.
Since space is not empty but is in fact full of photons from all the suns in all the galaxies, be they strong or weak of nature, they are everywhere in outer space, and too, in ourselves. For it is the constant replenishing of life force energy thru photons that we live. They say it is oxygen that is most important, but we say photons are the key to life.
